One of our core missions is to empower women to build sustainable livelihoods. Through this initiative, we equip women with market-relevant skills, entrepreneurial know-how, and ongoing mentorship—tools that open the door to economic independence and lasting change.
This empowerment goes far beyond income generation. It restores dignity, amplifies women’s voices, and strengthens their influence within their families and communities. As women become active contributors to their household income, they help break the cycle of poverty and pave the way for a stronger, more equitable society.
Anugraha Tailoring Centers
The Anugraha Tailoring Centres are one of GNSS’s most impactful programs, offering six-month tailoring courses to women from low-income backgrounds. Each year, hundreds of women gain a new sense of independence, dignity, and confidence through Anugraha — enabling them to contribute meaningfully to their households and communities.

Learning to Earning
At GNSS, we take pride in empowering women through skill-based training that transforms their lives. Many women who complete our programs begin earning for their livelihood and have successfully started their own small businesses, becoming vital sources of income for their families. Each year, hundreds of women gain not only financial stability but also a renewed sense of independence, dignity, and confidence through Anugraha—enabling them to contribute meaningfully to their households and communities. To further support this journey, GNSS provides sewing machines to deserving women who have completed the course but cannot afford one on their own. This simple yet powerful tool becomes a lifeline, helping them start home-based tailoring work, take local orders, or launch small enterprises. Through these initiatives, GNSS ensures that women move from learning to earning, creating lasting change for themselves, their families, and future generations.
